BERNIE ROBBINS STADIUM POLICIES

 

Alcohol Policy – Alcohol sales conclude at the end of the seventh inning, or the end of the fifth inning of the second game if a doubleheader is played.

Announcements – Birthday and anniversary announcements can be purchased at the Office Solutions Customer Service booth for $10 each.

ATM – An ATM is located outside the souvenir store.

Autographs- Players are allowed to sign autographs before and after the game. League rules prohibit players from signing during games.

Conduct- Fans using foul language or who appear intoxicated will be ejected from the ballpark. Fans that enter the playing field or interfere with the playing of the game will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to arrest.

Containers – Cans, bottles, beverages, food, and coolers are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.

Fireworks – On fireworks nights, the post-game fireworks take place after the game. Can-Am League games can last anywhere between two hours, fifteen minutes and three hours, thirty minutes, or longer if the game goes into extra innings.

First Aid- Fans in need of medical assistance should get in contact with an usher, Surf staff member, concession worker, or police officer immediately. Emergency medical services are available at the ballpark.

Food and Drink – No outside food and drink is allowed in the stadium.

Gates Open- Fans will be allowed in one hour before first pitch.

Handicapped Seating- is available under cover, located throughout the main concourse level.

Lost and Found- located at the Office Solutions Customer Service booth. To inquire about lost items while a game is not taking place, contact the Surf office at (609) 344-8873.

Lost tickets – Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed.

Objects leaving the field of play- Fans may keep any foul ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat thrown can be potentially dangerous. Please stay alert at all times.

Office Solutions Customer Service Booth - is located at the main entryway across from the merchandise store.

Paging - can be accommodated in emergency situations.

Parking – Parking at Bernie Robbins Stadium costs $5 on fireworks nights and $3 on all other nights.

Pets- Pets/Animals are not allowed in the ballpark except for certified guide dogs for the disabled and on "Dog Days."

Promotional Items – All promotional items are limited to a first come, first serve basis. All promotional items are based upon availability and can not be reserved. Make sure to arrive at least 1 hour prior to game time for the best chance of receiving a giveaway item.

Rain Checks- In the event a legal game is not played, tickets can be exchanged for equal or lesser value tickets to any subsequent regular, same-season game, subject to availability. Tickets must be exchanged at the Surf ticket office. A game is considered legal after five innings are played, except if Atlantic City is leading after 4 ½ innings. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. If a ticked is complimentary ($0.00 value), it is neither refundable nor exchangeable. A rain check is void after one legal game of a doubleheader is played.

Re-Entry – Fans can re-enter Bernie Robbins Stadium during games with a valid ticket stub.

Refunds – There are no refunds or exchanges.

Security procedures- Police officers are available to provide assistance to fans in need.

Smoking Policy- Bernie Robbins Stadium is a non-smoking facility.

Tickets- Tickets can be purchased in person at the ballpark on game days from 9 a.m. until game time and on non-game days from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Tickets can also be purchased over the phone at (609) 344-7873, and at the Surf web site, www.acsurf.com. Children: All children over the age of three must purchase a ticket to the game. Toddlers & infants who will spend the entire game seated on a parent or family member's lap do not need a game ticket.
